Many Hapkido students, Instructors and Masters inquire as to how they can become a KHF member and/or an affiliated school.  At this time the only way to become a KHF member is to join a KHF affiliated school or study under a KHF certified master. This is the only way that the Korea Hapkido Federation can insure that it is maintaining it's strict standards for the art of Hapkido.

If you are located in the United States, please refer to the School list of USA KHF hapkido dojangs and identify a master instructor near your location.  If no School is close enough for you to study at you should contact either Master Holcombe Thomas or Master Hal Whalen to discuss your options regarding joining our organization.

For individuals located outside the United States, please refer to the list of KHF masters located in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  Many of these masters have students that may be located near you. If this does not work out, I would recommend contacting the Eulji kwan or Kyung Mu Kwan in Korea.  Both of these Kwans have international contacts and can direct you to the best solution to meet your needs.
